Most Services Are Billed Hourly

Legend’s temporary employees are paid on a per hour basis. Hourly rates are determined based upon experience and skill set and are charged only for hours worked, excluding lunch hour and any other time off.

As the employer of record, Legend is responsible to pay all employment-related taxes. Legend also absorbs the 'hidden costs' inherent with hiring and retaining headcount and its effect on the budget. But equally important is the ability to contract for capable professionals to complete projects throughout the year with no assumption of continued employment.
